It is normal for CBD oil to crystalize, and it can still be used. Any oil that is approximately 70% CBD or above will crystalize, especially when kept in a cool environment.
SOLUTION:
A popular option that tends to work is to put your cartridge in a simple towel and use a hair dryer to warm it up a bit. Once it get warm it becomes liquid again! We do not recommend microwaving the cartridge since the device has metal components.
